Please Note: Refunds will not be issued for missed classes or dissatisfaction with a completed session unless a specific issue was reported to and reviewed by Brightbell’s customer support.

2. Refund Request Process

  • Email our customer support team at [email protected] any time you wish to cancel the services. The refunded amount is the total amount of the classes after the current month that you prepaid for and will not attend, in case you have prepaid for more than one month.

3. Refund Processing Time
