4. Course Access, One-to-One Classes, and Rescheduling

Rescheduling Policy: If either a student or teacher is unavailable for a scheduled one-to-one class, they may request to reschedule the session. To qualify for rescheduling, the request must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.

Students: Students agree to attend scheduled one-to-one classes on time, complete assignments, and respect teachers guidelines.

Teachers: Teachers agree to conduct one-to-one classes professionally and provide accurate content during each session.

Prohibited Conduct: Users may not engage in any activities that disrupt website functionality, harass other users, or violate any applicable laws.
